A NOTE ON AI
AI has a place here too, mostly behind the scenes: organizing files, drafting a caption, replying faster online, brainstorming ideas for a promotion. What it can't do is replace the actual place. A generated plate of food or latte doesn't taste like anything, and people notice when what they see online doesn't match what's on the table. Real photos and video build the trust that gets someone to walk in, and to come back.
